In the Press:
“In some cases U-visas are given to undocumented victims of rape by ‘coyotes’ while crossing the border, like in the case of a client of Todd Becraft, another attorney in Los Angeles, who assisted a Salvadoran woman that crossed [the border] by Texas and was the victim of sexual assault by the trafficker who helped her illegally enter the country.”
